Rubidoux Nature Center

I have been informed by Sherry, who runs the Rubidoux Nature Center
at the Santa Ana River Wildlife Area, that she has a number of good Eagle project
ideas, and would love to have Life Scouts work on their Eagle project at
her center. Sherry is the mom of an Eagle Scout herself, and very pro-Scout,
so please don't hesitate to visit her at the nature center or give her a call
at 683-4880. The nature center is located at 5370 Riverview Drive. MAP

This is more info for the guys looking for Eagle Projects.
The Louis Rubidoux Nature center (where Mike H. did his project) suffered heavy damage when the river changed course. 
At least one of the bridges mentioned was made as an Eagle project.
This place is near and dear us in the past they have always be great to us helping Cub Scouts with requirements,
helping Boy Scouts with various things they needed including learning about poisonous plants.
It's another resource for Scouts looking for Eagle Projects.
Sherry mentioned to Beth H. that she did have a wish list, so there may be other things needed as well.

Living Free Animal Sanctuary would like to extend an invitation to all Scouts looking for projects worthy of Eagle grade.  
 
We are a nonprofit donor supported, no-kill, cat and dog rescue located in the heart of Riverside County, high up in the San Jacinto Mountains, in Mountain Center.

 Living Free's mission is to rescue cats and dogs slated for euthanasia in public shelters and find them forever loving homes. Each project we've identified helps make life better for our rescued cats and dogs while they reside with us until they're adopted to new families.
 
For each completed project Living Free will mount a plaque with the Scouts name, date, and troop number in dedication to their achievement. We will also include a posting on our web site with photo and details of the project, along with submission of press releases to local newspapers.
