Grandma Randleman's
Pancake Recipe
(A Troop 270 Camping Tradition)

 

Recipe:

2 cups flour
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs baking power
3/8 tsp salt
2 eggs
1-3/4 cups of milk

Stir ingredients with big spoon.

Let batter sit until bubbles form.

Cook over medium heat on
un-greased griddle.

The secret to cooking these is the thickness of the batter.  Not enough milk makes "brick" pancakes, too much and the pancakes are "crepes".
